No. UnfollowerSpy requires zero login and zero Instagram credentials. You simply upload the data file Instagram provides you and we analyse it locally on your device.
Is my data safe
Yes completely. Your zip file is processed entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The file is never uploaded to any server. We never see, store, or transmit your Instagram data.
How do I get my Instagram data file
Go to Instagram, tap your profile, tap the three lines, go to Settings and privacy, tap Your activity, tap Download your information, select Some of your information, deselect all then select only Followers and Following, set format to JSON and date range to All time, tap Create files and wait for the file to be generated.
How long does Instagram take to send the file
Usually between 10 and 30 minutes. You can find your download directly in the 'Export your information' section of Account Centre once it's ready.
Why does my following count look higher than on Instagram
Instagram data exports include pending follow requests and some deactivated accounts in addition to your active follows. This can make the number slightly higher than what Instagram shows in the app.
Why do some accounts show as not following back when they might be deleted
Instagram does not clearly mark deleted accounts in the data export. Accounts that were deleted after you followed them may appear in your results. These are genuine accounts that no longer exist on Instagram.
Can I see who unfollowed me recently
Not directly. Instagram does not include data about who unfollowed you in their export. UnfollowerSpy can only show who is currently not following you back based on your latest data file.
How often should I check
Whenever you want an updated view of your followers. Download a fresh data file from Instagram and upload it here for the latest results.

How to get your Instagram file

Open Instagram Settings
Open Instagram, go to your profile, tap the three lines in the top right, tap Settings and privacy, then tap Account Centre at the bottom.

Find Export option
Inside Account Centre tap Your information and permissions, then tap Export your information, then tap Create export, then tap Export to device.

Select only what you need
Set Date range to All time and Format to JSON. Tap Deselect All in the Customise information section to clear everything, then select only Followers and Followed accounts.

Download and come back
Tap Create export and wait about 10 minutes. You can find your download directly in the 'Export your information' section of Account Centre. Download the zip file, then come back here and upload it.
